Will the extended profile cause accidental magazine drops?

Just recently added an extended mag release to a new CZ TS2 green. Let me tell you, without it there’s no way I could release the mag without twisting my hand around and shooting spectators 😝. The extended release fits straight on, very good quality and does what it says.
